●  1970 - Sheikh Mujibur Rahman won the election of Pakistan. Pakistani army didn't allow him to take Oath as a prime minister of Pakistan.( who is the father of the nation of Bangladesh)

●   7-March-1971 , Sheikh gave speech to make Bangladesh as a separate Country. 

●   25-March-1971, Sheikh was arrested and taken to West Pakistan.

●   West Pakistan started killing people  and raped women of East Pakistan ( present Bangladesh)

●   In order to oppose West Pakistan  "Mukti Bahini"   , also known as resistance army was created. Mukti bahini was supported by India.

●   3-Dec-1971, Pakistan started war with india by Air strikes on Pathankot, Agra, Chandigadh ( 0 Casualties)

●   4-Dec-1971, Pakistan attacked Longewala, where at Indian post only 120 soldiers were deployed.( Situation of Longewala as given below)

●   Indian Air force destroyed house of A.H. Malik (governor of Bangladesh)

●  16-Dec-1971 , Pakistan surrendered to India in presence of Lt.Gen. Jagjit singh Aurora.

●   Lt.Gen.A.A.K. Niazi had signed the surrender of 93,000 Pakistani soldiers.
