● The Delhi sultanate had 5 ruling Dynasties and here is 4th and 5th Respectively.


● The Shyyids (1414-1451)

  1) Khizr khan
    • He was Founder of this Dynasty.
    • He had collaborated with Timur and as a reward he got Governship of Lahore and Multan.
    • After Khizr khan there was three Successors Mubarak Shah, Mohammad Shah and Ala-ud-din Alam shah but no one was capable Ruler. 


● The Lodhis (1451-1526)

1) Bahlul Lodhi (1451-1489)
    • Founder of Lodhi Dynasty.
    • He was the One of Afghan Sardars, who established themselve in Punjab after the Timur's Invasion. 


  2) Sikandar Lodhi (1489-1517)
    • He was the Noblest and ablest ruler of three Lodhi rulers.
    • Took care of Department of Agriculture and Justice.
    • Real name Nizam Shah mother was Hindu.
    • Founded Agra in 1504 and made his Capital.
    • Constructed the Moth Masjid. 


3) Ibrahim Lodhi (1517-1526)
    • He was Defeated and Killed by Babur in Panipat-l Battle,  Sultanate period Ended.
