●  The Delhi sultanate had Five Ruling Dynasties. Here is 1st Dynasty.

●  The Slave or IIbari Dynasty. (1206-1290)
 
  1) Qutub-ud-din Aibak (1206-1210)

   • He was the Founder of Delhi Sultanate.
   • He was the First Muslim King Of India.
    • Lahore ans Later Delhi were his Capital.
    • He constructed the 1st Mosque in India.
   • He constructed the Qutub Minar.
    • He died in 1210 while playing Polo.


  2) Shams-ud-din IItutmish (1210-1236)
   • He was the Real Founder of the Delhi Sultanate but He succeeded Qutub as Sultan.
    • He made Delhi as Capital of the Empire.
  • He organized the Iqtas, the army and the currency,  three most Important organs of the Imperial structure of Delhi Sultanate.
    • He is called the Father of Tomb Building. 


  3) Razia (1236-1240)
  • She was the First and Last Muslim woman ruler of Medieval India.


  4) Balban (1266-1287)
  • He Seperated the Military department from the Finance department.
    • Balban Introduced Sijdah or Paibos and Started Nauroz Festival.
